    Found My First Duece

    I hunted a farm yard where a 1860's house once stood. It was torn down and replaced with the present home in the 40's. I was able to find some ground in the front yard that hadn't been disturbed. I found my 1st ever 2 cent piece about 7" down, a 1865. Also found 1888 and 1902 Indians

    My mom is going in for her 2nd hip replacement soon. Got me wondering how many of you are able to resume detecting after joint replacement? Im not getting any younger either, hip bothers me once in awhile so Id love to hear some feed back

    Braved 30 MPH winds for a couple silver

    Got in a 3hr hunt with temps 30° s and 30 MPH wind for 2 silvers, 36 merc and a 43D Washington. A 36D Buffalo, 8 wheats and a Nuka Cola pendant. The pendant rang up 33-34, thought for sure I was gonna pop out a half

    Digging up some family history

    I was able to hunt a feild site where my great-great grand parents home steaded a farm when they came from Ireland in the 1880's. The farm was passed down to my great uncle in the 20's.
