    It’s a great movie. I saw this movie about five years ago and knew it was a true story from a pre-read I had done on it. The courage and conviction of Desmond Doss are amazing. If I remember correctly, there was a short interview about him at the end of the movie.

    I assume that the first thing you do before detecting is a noise cancel. If it is still very chattery, then you will need to back off on the sensitivity setting. You could be near some EFI or highly mineralized soil.

    Thank you to all early adopters on anything. I’m the type that doesn’t have to be first, and i don’t mind waiting until a product has been on the market for a while before I take the plunge and spend my hard earned dollars if the product has been proven to be a winner.

    I’ve never owned any Nokta detectors, but I have heard great things about them. I guess I’m too much of a ”:minelab: fanboy“ to try anything different. 🤔

    Etrac Still Viable?

    I’ve been swinging my Equinox 800 lately, but I love my FBS detectors. If I’m not swinging my Nox, I’m swinging my CTX. My E-Trac is my backup to my CTX. It still looks brand new and I really should give it more attention and use.

    AT Max price

    I have the AT-Max as well and this is one of the reasons that I still hold on to it. That’s a huge hit from my purchase price. The other more important reason that I hold on to it is that my grandson, now a teenager, is interested in the hobby. The AT-Max is a great machine to start with...
