Has anyone seen a detector more accurate at target i.d than the the Gold bug pro and the Teks g2's in trash?? I have them all including Nokta and Minelab and nothing beats the 19 khz ftp machines. First Texas Products. Best in the trash that I've seen. Oh the Gama 6000 is still a kick ass...

Who thinks that settings make any difference.

One thing the highly programable machines like the Legend have going for them is they can be adapted to enviroments like prospecting, watched several youtube vids and the do darn good as a nugget shooter. Wanna hunt a saltwater beach no problem and can take a dip in the water too.

Who thinks that settings make any difference.

Yea my old Fisher CZ's are still amazing at depth and no programs to dick with. Shame Fisher let it go unmodernized,i.e lighter and some features added like iron volume and numerical target i.d.

    Anyone using the LG35 coil

I'm thinking about one for the beach, p'cola beach to be specific which is sugar sand and stuff sinks very fast and deep. I live about 30 mins north of the beach but father time has won for the most part. But wonder if the extra size is enough to be worth the cost. It's a shame the cz20 coils...

Yea they are still the Gold standard. And yes Istill use them,,1993 CZ 20 and a CZ 6a. They are still the king. Built like a Abrams tank...

    Original T2

My first T2 was the V6 version and I loved that machine, used it for years, sold it a couple yrs ago thinking my health wouldn't let me keep on hunting. Well I'm trying to detect again and bought a new T2 SE LTD and can say I really liked the V6 green machine better. Now i'm back to using my CZ's...
