    Stranger on the shore

    Found this coin out at a local beach down ubder in New Zealand, last week, didn't know what is was until I cleaned it up as it is about the same size as an old 2 cent coin, It is quite a bit worse for sitting on the beach for a while, the date is 1984

    Last weekends finds

    Went out to a block of land near an old army camp & thought I would try my luck. When I left I forgot to take my spade so could only dig the shallow targets, plenty of old .303 rounds in various states of corrosion, a padlock & a golf ball...not sure what the golf ball came up on the meter...LOL
