    My G2 has SW Version 1

    Should I be concerned? I do not get great depth with it. Max about 7" on a quarter. I SW Version #4 better. I am mainly a coinshooter. If I wanted to, How would I get it updated to SW Ver. #4? Thanks

    A nice surprise

    Got the Garrett PP to compliment my G2!

    Received a Garrett PP the other day. Man, does this change the game! I love this thing! Shallow target I pop with a screwdriver! Makes it easier to locate targets. Lot of guess work taken out! Worth the money! Amazing piece of equipment!

    Working the G2

    Went out again today. Not very much luck. Seems like I am not getting much depth. I tried a test setup by burying a penny at 5-6 inches and the G2 barely picked it up at 80 gain. Not sure I am doing things correctly Was in DISC more and disc set a 70. Found a few pennies but all at 1-2...

    First Post and first MD ordered

    Well, I finally ordered my first MD. Along with that, the first post on this forum. Seems like a nice community here. I hope to post findings/successes in the future. We are scheduled to get more snow tonite, so not missing any time. Will this winter ever end? :)
