    For you coinstrike users, At sensivity 10 with foil and tabs disc out I get about 8 inches on a quarter with stock coil. Is this typical airtest? My Cs-1 probe only detects a dime at about an inch at same settings and maybe 1& 1/2 inches on a quarter. Wondering if Coinstrike could use a...

    I know this has been discussed a bunch. My 3d (1021 series) airtests a dime at 9-10 inches max. talked with Tom D but he cant help on the depth, just calibration.     Cz3d detecting on hold..

    Should get the detector friday but... just got out of hospital today. Had some artery blockage, two stints put in.Glad I went in before it got serious. Maybe next week I can try it out. Merry Christmas everyone!

    F5 sure loves quarters...

    Out for 3 hrs and got 19 quarters, 23 dimes, only 4 nickels and 12 pennies, one a 1951s.($ 7.37) No jewelry but I tried.     F5 gets a pile of clad...

    F5 freshwater beach finds...

    from a few weeks ago.After finding a few geocaches in the area decided to try the F5 out on a freshwater beach area.I used low sensitivity and didnt bother to ground balance. Targets were plentyful.Quite a few lead sinkers,lures and about $ 1.50 in coins, no jewelry.Had fun for a few hrs:))
