    Loving the vista gold!

    Had a chance to hit a field today with the VG. Found a bunch of small lead, brass and a V nickel. Field is loaded with iron.     Installed gguw phones on Excal

    Just finished installing gguw phones on my Excal. Volume was low so I took the coil out of the phones. Wow what a difference now they sound great. This is all thanks to OBN for figuring out all these mods and posting videos on how to do them. Will taking the coil out of the gguw phones also...

    New to ATX

    I just got an ATX. I'll be using it mostly for saltwater beach hunting. As far as I know I do a freq scan, don't GB "for more depth" disc at 1, sens at 13. I'm going for gold so I'm digging all hi-lo signals. Any tips are appreciated thanks John
