    bad coil/deal

    qxt 7.8 coil = or not equal to 800 coil?

    is the qxt 7.8 coil the same or similar to the coil for xlt 8 inch? i am getting a 9.5 coil for the qxt and also am buying a xlt with the bigfoot coil and a 9.5. just wondering how good the 7.8 would work on the xlt. the 7.8 is a "domed" coil and just am not used to a coil with that...

    FISHER 6X PROBE

    Just got a fisher probe 6x for the 1265 and am having problems with it. Detector works fine with it connected, but when i turn probe on auto or on position it either beeps on air dirt and metal or doesn't beep at all. it will work for may be 2 seconds out of 2 minutes so basically unuseable...
