    13" Ultimate DD coil.....

    I was wondering if anyone has used the 13" ultimate DD coil on their MX7 detector for a fair amount of time, and what your thoughts are. how it does on smaller targets, your settings, how it handles different types of soil, target separation in light to medium trash areas, etc. Thanks, Jeff

    Another month has gone by......and no new coil

    I am still waiting on a new coil for the Simplex+ just one coil, a 5" to 7" concentric. I am not an electronics expert. but...how long does it take to design and field test one coil? Either it can be done or not. I can wait, no problem. You know, even if they designed a say, a 5" or 6"...

    Simplex.......new coil?

    Still waiting on a 5" ~ 7" concentric coil for the Simplex. The detector has been out for awhile. I could have used a smaller coil on some of my hunts. It would be nice if Dilek could respond and let us know how they are coming along with the coil or coils, and possible release date. Jeff

    Thoughts and ideas on a damaged screen please?

    I was looking at a Xterra 70 for sale and it looked to be in very nice condition.....except the screen had a small scuff and a fair sized ding. I tested the detector out and it worked like new, but the ding on the screen bugged me. What I am wondering is if anyone one here has dealt with this...

    It's official...

    Allan Cannon is now working for Tesoro, and he states "things are now moving forward with Tesoro" I don't know exactly what position he has there, but I am sure he is a welcomed asset.

    A new Xterra coil?

    Maybe this has been discussed before, or not. Why doesn't Minelab produce a 11" DD coil for the Xterra with the same physical design as the one that is offered with the Etrac? I would think it would have better performance that the 10.5 DD now offered, and would be lighter that the Coiltek 15"...

    Silver Sabre II

    I am considering on buying a Silver Sabre II. From the photo's it seems to be in average condition for it's age. (BTW, how old a unit is it?)
