    Iron ball

Can anyone tell me what this is. At first I thought it was a cannon ball. But where I found it doesn't make sense. Maybe a shot put?? Weighs around 20 or more pounds. That's just a guess as I have no way to weigh it. Has a flat head screw in it... hhricknmi

    First silver 2023

Put my F75 SE together and took it for a test drive. Sens 80 Disc 0 Proc de-bp Notch 1 Tone 3h The ring was 78 next to a quarter hitting 85 and bouncing around the high 70s. Popped the quarter out replaced the plug. From habit I swung over the plug again and hit the solid 78. Hence my first...

    FA

Bought an F75 SE the other day. Noticed it has a process called FA. My F75 LTD doesn't have this. Any of you guys or girls use this process? The manual states it's faster responding and has better separation abilities? Any advice or comments would be appreciated..hhrickinmi

    F75

I'm gona buy a new one before there all gone. And I noticed the prices have dropped. So what's the difference between the plus and the se? Spill

The launch to the river for wich me and my son use to pursue the sometimes elusive 'eyes ' always got me to thinking about detecting. So last week I grabbed a cup of joe and headed out there. Wow anything and everything is in the ground over here. I had a good target that I swore was gona be a...

    Playing in the woods

Started out Fri. Then went back again Sat. Temps mid 80's no wind. I've been trying to get on to this old farm for a decade or more. I knew where the old farm house used to be. Over the years they built a ranch hose to the south of the old farmstead. About a month ago they tore down the ranch...

    Coils.

Speaking of coils. I just purchased a 6×10 for my f75ltd. It's used but in very good condition. Plus for 40 bucks it works really well in the woods. All except for one problem. I'm struggling with pin pointing. Sometimes it appears to pinpoint at the toe other times near the heel. Any advice...

    The path to silver.

I was enjoying my morning coffee down by the river when I noticed something different within the landscape. The power company obviously had cleared an area a long the easement path under the power lines across the river. Hmmm. Always wanted to go in there but it's like a jungle. Vines,surface...

Hey guys and gals. Just wanna give you the heads up on traveling with your equipment in trunks or back hatch. I'm experiencing temps over 90 degrees here in MI. I've read some horror stories about detectors getting fried in trunks. Have a safe and wonderful 4th of July!!! hhrickinmi

    Flooded out

I tried a spot by the river that I've known about for some time. Unfortunately the grass was knee high and pretty much under water. So I backed out and hit the ball field. Nothing really to brag about but was able to scratch some clad. Enough to to pay for my coffee LoL. hhrickinm

    Silver

What a beautiful day in South Western Michigan. Grabbed the LTD camo and shot over to an old baseball field I've been eye balling for a couple years. I'm not big on modern clad hunting but though I'd give it a try. Powered up the faithful F75 and as soon as I placed her to the ground got a solid...
