    What version are you guys running?

    I use 1.1 since that's what was out when I got my D2. I do use features that were released with that version, such as audio filter 2, being able to hear iron with full tones while using disc is a big one, and I like the way offset expands/raises the audio; especially in the high conductor range...

    I think the 9" is more likely to find what others have missed due to separation ability. I have a dime buried next to a square nail and the 9" can hit the dime with good ID, but 11" doesn't. 11" is deeper, about 1-1.5" (high vs low freq) on dime and 2" on quarter. But if there is much EMI then...

    They really should just send a new one to replace under warranty, especially with how many have reported the same issue. But will probably give a wear and tear answer. Curious to see their response.

    Am I the first to post this???

    Rattlehead and IDX speculated it may be a 2 box attachment. In 2015 XP presented the prototype hoard hunter attachment for the Deus but never released it. And here is an email reply sent to another back in March. Seems like a good guess at least.

    Nice! Yesterday I added on my chore list to make one too. Seems beneficial for learning. Probably not as many items as you did, but will include some colocated targets of ferrous/non ferrous trash with good non ferrous.
