Does Garrett plan on releasing new Whites products

My wife found gold on nearly every hunting trip she took with us guys. She runs the DFX and digs the low conductors.

    Sef coil question for vx3

The mxt did not require v-nulled coils. You might be able to get away with running lower gains and 7.5 frequency on a non-v rated coil.

Need some feed back on whites v31 and v3 vs. other detectors

I have been playing around with all the "new" tech and nothing is doing better than the v3i when it comes to target identification in trashy areas. I am running a 5x8" coil. V3i user since 2010.

    Separation versus see-through in iron

I am still here lurking after all these years. You will need to run the 5mhz band pass and I have found that a larger coil running a gain of around 5, single frequency 7.5 running mixed mode stereo can really cut through the surface clutter. I am waiting patiently for the next magic bullet from...

    White's Spectra V31 Headphones

There is no other way.... Once you use them you will never want a cord again.

    SEF 12 x 15 butterfly coil

Using a swing thing to support the weight is a must. I hunt 99% of the time with my 15x12. I am called the quarter snob of my group because I find so many of them. Its a very good coil but it only has a 6 month life expectancy until it starts to false with a gain greater then 6 when its cold and...

    Detech 18 x 15

I run the 12x15 almost exclusively. 10" on a quarter is no problem and I cover an amazing amount of ground. I am however disappointed in the durability of the coil, they lose null and overload above 5-7 depending upon temperature. This was after 6 months of use. I found this with the 10x12 and...

    Screen Locks up

I had mine lock up several dozen times. I reseated all my connectors and my ground leads and it never happened again. One of the techs told me some years back that its a ribbon cable that needs to be re-seated. I have been hunting a couple times a month but have lost some of the bug waiting for...

V3i still pulling valuables from hunted out schoolyard!

Neil is back...:clapping: I have been hunting a couple times a month and only a couple silvers....nothing worth posting. The v3i hunted out all my parks and there is nothing left.

    Strange V3i Episode

Holly smokes Martin is still having problems?:stretcher: Its been 4 years plus. Get a different detector, on a side note I have had numerous coils go bad just sitting. All my SEF coils died within 16 months. They still work with a gain of 4-6 when its cold or they go crazy.

    Looking for the old timers

I am still here.... I just cant find much worth posting. I found a victorian ring, a 1912 Canadian quarter, a turn of the century brass lock, and numerous nick nacks yesterday. I just dont post my find much anymore. I need to find a gold coin or a seated in order for me to get excited. This v3i...

    SUPER 12 FOR V3I?

I bought it a while back and it scored me a 1898 exposition token in a field we had hunted pretty hard. It gets great depth in mild soil.

Found old bullets in Nor-Cal AGE? Cherry Picked?

The one on the far left has the look of being pretty old, those huge lube grooves. The one on the right doesnt look that old to me with the machined groove rolled in place. I am here in Northern Ca, what neck of the woods are you?

    Major disappointment with vx3

You should be getting allot better than 6.5" on a silver quarter air testing. In the sweet spot of the coil, D2 or the 10x12 SEF you should easily see it at 10" at a gain of 10 and disc of 75. Something doesnt seem right at all. I would recommend you try any of the vx3 deep programs, and I dont...

    VX3 -VDI-

We all get a falsing when running hot. Every detector does it. Ive got a zero tone on 94+95+. If its doing it so much you cant stand it run 7.5 and turn the gain down till it stops.

    VX3 -VDI-

Dont discount all of those 93-94 or overload signals, if they repeat and pinpoint you better dig them..... Here was one of mine from 4 years ago. http://www.findmall.com/read.php?66,1251804,1252151
