Any seated coin and I want the cumulative value (Face value of clad, FMV on old coins & Jewelry) of my finds to meet or exceed the cost of my E-Trac.

Since i didn't post mine i would like to find
100 Silver coins and two gold rings
Out of the 100 Silvers i would like five of those to be Seated!

To beat last years (2009) total of sulvers & wheat backs (215 silvers & 744 wheaties).--------Del

To feel better and get out more.

I wish the best to everyone!

I want to get permission to 2 properties, and to spend way more time swinging (I took a long break this year).

I would like to get out more without my knees sidelining me. Since I bought me a new E-trac for CHRISTmas, I can hardly wait for the ground to thaw, but wait I must.......NGE

I hit my number one and number two goals for 2010 ...

( 1 ) - Get really tuned into my E-Trac - logged bettween 400 and 500 hrs. this year - still have a ways to go !
( 2 ) - Find any coin with a 1700's date on it - I was lucky enough to find two in one weekend - the oldest was a 1724 King George 1st. Half Penny.

Top goals for 2011 ...

( 1 ) - Continue to get more proficient with my machine - learn more in general, advanced settings, etc.
( 2 ) - Find any coin with a 1600's date on it and/or find any silver coin with a 1700's date on it.
( 3 ) - Other coins I'd really like to find ... Flying Eagle Cent * Three Cent * Barber Half * Walking Half * A Silver Dollar
( 4 ) - And like many of you ... to find 100 Silver Coins by the end of next year.

Happy Holidays ! --- Mark

My goal is to find all silver and no junk and hunt every day. Thats not to much to ask for.

Merry Christmas
Happy New Year

It seems like forever since I found a large silver coin (half or dollar). I've had good luck with those in the past, so let's put a few of those on the list. Been a while for a seated coin as well. And I think I would like to add some gold jewelry to the list since gold continues going UP UP UP. I think I am in need of an Eastern Road Trip back to the "OLD" part of the USA. Been a LONG time since I've turned up a LC or a Two Cent'r.

Guess I will be doing so ear tuning to lower conductors. I did some measurements of some smaller gold rings, cuff links and the like. They came in REAL low 12-4, 12-8, nickel range and up to about 12-25. The signals were solid though, so maybe there is some hope. We will find out.

My primary goal is to continue to have as much fun as I did last year. To help my friends who hunt with me to have succesful hunts as well. To continue to learn more about my E-Trac and understand what it is telling me. I would like to find more silver coins than last year that is always a given. In specific I would like to find a seated coin, more Indian Heads, a silver quarter (odd found two silver halves this year but no silver quarters :surprised:)

I love meeting new people and I want to meet and hunt with as many new people as I can. To me this hobby is way more fun when you can enjoy your hunts and finds with good friends!

Anything seated, one large cent, two gold rings and 100 silvers. Seated and large cents are rare for my area and I hit 84 silver for 2010. Good luck to everyone in the new year!

Just to plain enjoy swingin'. Continue with my education of learning my machine. A Gold coin would be nice...as well as another seated. If I had one coin that eluded me this past year it is the Walking Liberty Half. The most beautiful coin design in my opinion and I haven't located her yet. I'm hoping or a nice early one, but will take one whatever the date.

I'm going to keep mine simple...... 100 Silver coins, 1 Gold anything.
