    Shrew, sniper, sharpshooter, fortune... are there any first hand experience with the shrew or fortune compared to the sharpshooter and sniper coils... any notable differences? I can't deiscern any from the manufacturers propoganda... I know there are lots of things said about the sharpshooter...

    Silver ring and '64 quarter

    Nokia CoRe pulled this ring out of a trashy old hunt site @ about 7"... and popped the '64 quarter with the IDX PRO 5,3" @ about 5", and snagged a 1917 (wrong penny in the pic) wheat @ 8-9" with the Vaquero 5 .75"concentric. That's pretty deep for a wheat penny where I hunt.

    I asked over in the beep and dig forum and haven't heard from anyone. Is there any way to modify a Tesoro Vaquero into a two tone machine? Has anyone ever done that if it is possible?

    First silvers of 2018

    Handful of wheats oldest 1925, a silver ring, some kinds locket of no value, a '44 merc, and a '41&'43 quarter... got both quarters with the Idx pro I just picked up, and cleaned out The pennies and dime with the fors CoRe... about a dozen wheaties in all and maybe 50 coins in 3-4hrs.

    Versions of the T2

    I have a T2 classic, made in June of 2016 that has version 9.0 software... I have looked but cant find where there is any explanation as to what was changed from version to version. Does anyone know where that info might be available?

    T2 classic Stock, 4", + ? coil

    I have the Stock and 4" coils for the T2, Thinking of picking up another if there is another that is worth it??? any suggestions? I Ground Balance out in the low sixties usually and mostly shoot coins.... never dug a coin deeper than about 8-9" so that's the depth range. not many DEEP targets...

    I have never detected on the beach, but I am Going down on New Years.... I don't have a good beach machine... but of those I own (see below) which would give me the best performance?
