    Using multi tones

I’m thinking of adding an Anfibio to my collection of detectors. I have 40 some years of detecting experience under my belt so not a newbie. I currently use CTX and a Deus and for years have only used multi tones and rarely use the VDI. most of the stuff I’ve read on the Anfibio says they are...

    Second time out, I'm impressed

I've used my beloved ETrac since 2007 and still have it but jutted wanted something new. First time out with CTX just got one Merc out of my old standby park that is overworked but a great place to try new machines and coils. Spent about 3 hours today got 1895 Quarter, 42 Merc, 6 wheats, and...

    I'm finally getting it

After using my ETrac for years I was wondering about my decision to get a Deus. I went to a field next to my house that is loaded with iron and practiced and just listened to the machine. Second time out to a worked over park, got a Merc and a wheat. Today was the third time out and hit an...

    Time to trade?

I set here all winter thinking I need a new machine. Had the old ETrac since 2007 and it's been great and I love it but just got the I want something new blues. Had even thought about leaving Minelab for the new latest greatest but it's a hard decision. Took a short 3 hour hunt today in...

    First hunt of 2015

Who would of thought you could go out detecting in Nebraska in January and dig a hole with ease? Short 2 hour hunt and it sure felt good. But anytime you get a Barber it feels good. This park was the last place I hunted last year and it produced a 1883 O Barber Quarter then. They never are...

    My luck is changing

Been a rough year with a lot of health problems. A week ago went in for surgery on Wed. so needed to go out one more time on Tues. Found the best 1917 D type 1 SLQ I have ever found. Kind of made my day. Surgery went well and decided today I needed to go kill an hour. Hit this big baby in...

    Short 2 hour hunt

Had a couple hours to kill this morning so hit another "worked out park". First coin was a 1920 wheat, then a no date Buff nick, then a nice 1890 Full Liberty dime, then a 1907 V nick, then a coupe Indians. Throw in a old pin and twenty cents in clad and I think it was a good couple hour hunt...

Key date find for the old E

Got a nice surprise today. Been working a "worked out" park and getting a nice amount of wheats and silver. Hit a trash area so put on the Sunray 8" and went to work. Got a nice hit and out pops a silver Washington quarter. Happens to be a 1932 D so it made my week. Looks to be about an XF...

No such thing as worked out

Just got back from a short 3 hour hunt in a "worked out" park. One 1919 wheat, 1897 Indian, 1889 V nickle, 3 Barber dimes,1900,1905-O, and 1912D. This is an amazing machine and over the last year I just get more amazed every time I go out. Used the Pro coil on everything except switched to...

    T2 Repair

Sent my T2 in for repair in battery box. Batteries were so loose they would fall out. Got it back in a couple of weeks with other repairs made and it appears a new coil. To bad the coil don't work. They are supposed to be sending a new coil out. Man this kind of service gets old. Why...

More of the same, from Fisher

Well mine is going on the UPS truck for the 3rd time. Mike Scott said they would have to check it out and see if anything is wrong with it. Never again will I buy a Fisher. This is the worst service on a 3 month old machine that I have ever seen. You all might love them when they work but...

    F-75 Back from repair

Just an update on my problem child. Got it back with new coil, control box, and battery box. They went above and beyond to help with the problem. Now here's the good one-went to a worked out park that that I have searched over before with this same machine-pulled a 1936 Merc and a 1958 Rosie...

    Nothing but problems

In the 2 months that I have owned this thing it is on it's second trip back in for repair. I don't over use it I can only detect about 6 hours a week and I have 3 other machines. I wonder how much you have to beg to get a new unit? Even my Super Store dealer couldn't help me get one. Love it...

    Fisher repair service is great

Had a problem with my F75 going crazy when it was moved or bumped. Called Fisher and got a RA # to send it in. I had it back in my hands 2 weeks later to the day. This is great service. Sure am glad to have the little guy home. What a great bunch of people standing behind a great product.
