    Tuning for different coils?

    I have read that using a tesoro coil other than the coil that came with the machine requires tuning to that machine. Why the Heck would Tesoro sell coils and then require that you send the machine in to them for tuning? Does anyone really KNOW the answer to this?

    JUST PLEASE STOP IT!!

    If I hear the stupid phrase.... "This machine will compliment my freaking etrac" anymore, I will leave all detecting forums and YouTube videos forever!!! Why the #@!@# do these idiots think that all detectors are compared to an etrac. I've owned an etrac, they're NOT the best thing out there...

    etrac to vx3

    I have a VX3 that I just love. I thought I might be missing out, so I bought an etrac. Ran it for a few months last summer and just hated how dag gone slow the processor was. Display is also awful, to hard to view in direct sunlight. Got rid of it.... Give me my VX3 anyday.

    I've been in need of a weather proof machine and just pulled the trigger on a new F44. From all the reviews and YouTube videos, it seems like a pretty nice little heater. I know its no f75, but looks to be very capable none the less. Pretty stoked..... HH everyone!

    Bottle caps and widescans

    Just got a black Vaquero with the 8x11 rsd coil. Man, it loves bottle caps. Just can't disc out most of them. Am I missing a technique? How do you DD users ID caps? Or is it the nature of the beast?

    Latest V3i finds - loving my V - 4 years with it.

    Just ordered an Omega!
