    F44 Hunt #1

    F44 came in yesterday with the 11" and the 7" coils. Put the 7" coil on. I am using factory settings except for: Sens@10 and Volume@11. Mode on jewelry. Hit a few tot lots and was digging into the mats under the chips so lowered sens to 10 instead of 12 factory setting. Pretty much dug all good...

    F70ing

    Haven't been able to get out for 4 days. Temp in low 50's with wind at 35 MPH. Boy did I get wind burned. I was out in the park all by myself. No baseball games today.     2 rings today

    Both were 925. As soon as I dug the second ring I knew that it was a ring because about 3 years ago I dug the same kind of ring but smaller, it is on the right in the picture. To bad the stone is gone and the band is broken and bent.The pendent is junk but sure does look nice. 77 coins today not...

    Wow was I off on the last part this site. I thought I would be done in one more hunt. Was I wrong. I only did less than half of the last area and the coins were very plentiful.     What a hunt will give up from one day to the next day is a surprise. Yesterday was 29 coins and 2 tokens. Today's hunt 151 coins. First JFK half in a few years, 1952 wheat penny.     What a nice dime and penny day..

    Continued hunting the site that has given up a lot of coins the last 2 times, especially pennies. I took it slow and easy today and ended up with 172 coins. Got 2 wheaties that were not even 2" down. Really enjoyed digging those dimes. It was a fine hunt. Thanks for stopping in and looking.....Z

    It seems that about 100 coins are my limit.

    Went back to the place I got 106 coins and went at it again and this time ended up with 119 coins. No ring this time but found the wheat almost on top of the ground. This seems to be my limit. I get to the point I can not dig much more and it is time to call it a day. I go home and take a nap...

    I have decided to stop looking for just dropped coins to prove that people still carry coins in their pockets.
