    Coiltek coil on the wet sand

    Spent a few hours last night on the wet sand with the new coil from Coiltek for my first real test of the coil. In a nutshell, I was able to run with 30 manual for sensitivity without ANY falsing.....about the best I can do with the 11" is 25 with falsing on a good day.... normally 23 on this...

    Little beach hunt

    CTX was cooking today at the beach. 11" coil, manual sensitivity at 25 with slight falsing, open screen. Both gold rings were solid readings, no fluctuation. The 18k was about 4-6 inches down and the 10k was closer to 10-12".....hard to say for sure on the beach with a scoop. Cliff
